- Sponsor cost is $500 for Access to 10’x10’ space
- 11AM Set Up Time
- All vehicles must be out of the concession area by 11:30am
- All food and drinks will be provided to the workers during the event
- FREE admission for up to 4 workers!
- We are not liable for any damages that happen during the event to your vehicles, products, coolers, trailers, etc.
Sponsorship Tiers
- $100 – Logo included on yard signs and promoted via Facebook.
- $250 – Logo included on support banner as well as Facebook and Promotional website.
- $500 – Access to 10’x10’ space, Logo included on all branded items + Facebook and Promotional website.
- $1,000 – All previous Tier benefits as well as an announcement of sponsorship during the award ceremony for the Barbecue Contest (“Brought to you by…”).
- $2,000 – All previous Tier benefits, plus your logo at the contest stage as a Meat Sponsor along with additional promotional signage down Cook Row.
- $2,500 – All previous Tier benefits, in addition to a large banner with your logo at the Kidz Zone.
